Execution Process
- Walkdown & Scope: Confirm locations, materials, hold points.
- Fit-Up & Weld: Prep, align, TIG roots, controlled interpass, clean caps.
- NDE & Testing: Coordinate RT/PT/MT; support hydro/pressure tests.
- Turnover: Deliver weld maps, MTRs, and test records; close punch list.
